Carmelo graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2019 with a Bachelors in Landscape Architecture. His interest in landscape design stemmed from an early upbringing seeing his father enhance residential landscapes.

Most frequent questions and answers

How do I plan my home landscape design?

A design takes around 1.5 months to complete. With in the first 3-4 weeks you will receive your first draft. How ever we are able to answer all your questions and give you a relative price range for the scope of work you request before design is started.

How do you design to budget?

At the beginning stages, we ask for your all-in budget for your project. Your design will be formed with that number in mind. However, variables such as materials and plant size for example, can ultimately bring the price up or down.

How do you know my style?

During the on-boarding process, you will receive a “Design Assessment”. Upon taking it you will discover your style. We can design from traditional to modern and everything in between.

What is a Techo Pro?

We not only like to stay on top of the latest design trends we also strive to ensure our installs are the utmost quality and craftsmanship.

Can I install my design in phases?

Yes! Installing your design in phases is not a problem. During the design process, we will discuss and plan further to help you prioritize and plan your project to maximize efficiency while protecting your investment.

What is the average costs of a Luxury Yard?

The average Luxury project costs $30,000, but that number depends entirely on what type of work you need done. We regularly work with budget from $15,000 to $150,000.
