Application takes 1 minute. HFS performs a soft credit check in order to present loan options and there is NO IMPACT on your credit to see your personal loan terms. HFS works with personal loans that require No Equity and No Appraisal.
2. Speak to A Loan Consultant
You will receive notification of status within 24 hours. If your application is pre-approved your HFS consultant will contact you to discuss your loan terms. Rates are based on the highest credit score of either application. Terms are from 2-20 years with no prepayment penalties.
3. Provide documentation
Securely upload some basic documents for loan verification to HFS Financial. HFS allows you to borrow up to 20% more than your home improvement estimate(s) or contract(s).
4. Get funds to your bank
Once fully approved, sign your documents, and the full loan amount funds directly to your checking account and never to the contractor. HFS loan programs fund 100% Direct-to-Consumer.
